Can you name that beat in my head? I just recently published my blog post about my days spent after school at Addelita Cancryn Junior High, practicing steelpan with other band members in the Iguana Panjammers. We had so much fun afterschool. This is probably the only scenario where I didn’t mind being in school way after the schoolday had ended.

There was a song we used to play that I can’t get out of my head and I wrote out the beat it in my previous post, but the words just don’t do it justice. This short video clip is so my old band mates can hear it and tell me what it was.

Two band members believe it is a song called Toco Band, but every version I hear is much faster than what I remember. They could be right, though. I just might be too old to remember the right tempo…….LOL

So here it is, the first video short clip in response to my blog post that came out earlier this week. Can you help us name that beat?
