I’m from St. Maarten and we owned an Ice Parlour growing up. We use to buy all the time. My favorite ice cream from them was the “Raspberry Ripple”. I have yet to find any flavor remotely close.
Raspberry Ripple sounds yummy! I hope you find something close or try to remake it. The closest thing I can think of for you to try might be Summer Berry from Mayfield or White Chocolate Raspberry Truffle from Haagen Dazs. But you’re right nobody can really come close to those flavors we grew up with from our own islands. Thanks for visiting the blog!
